Team, league, and organization websites now include a schedule page for each location. When clicking on the location name from your schedule, you will be taken to the map for the location (if there is a map) with the option to view the location schedule.
If the location doesn’t have a map, you will be taken right to the schedule.
Hopefully this will help with rescheduling and determining what games and events are at which location. Thanks to Chad from the Mid-Ohio Baseball Association for the suggestion! There have been a few questions lately on how to upload a document and embed it on a page or news article. We use a third-party tool to handle this part of Atomic Leagues and I’ll admit that it is confusing.
Here is a quick walkthrough on how to upload a document to a page.
1. Highlight the text you want to link to a document.
2. Click the paperclip icon for documents.
3. Click the Upload tab.
4. Click the Choose File button. This will allow you to choose the file you want to upload.
5. Select the file you want to upload and click Open.
6. Click the Upload the Document button. Clicking this button will actually upload the document.
7.Click the OK button.
8. Your text is now linked to the document you just uploaded!
Hopefully this helps clear up the confusion around uploading a document to embed in a page. The process for embedding an image is actually the same as well. If you have questions, suggestions, or comments about Atomic Leagues, we would love to hear them! Please post a comment below or let us know through the support form.
Previously for leagues and organizations you could specify which team an event was for but you couldn’t control if the event would display on the master schedule, the team’s schedule, or both. Now you can.
For any event for a league or organization you have a few new options.
You can specify whether the event appears on the master schedule, the team schedule, or both. If you check organization/league schedule the event will display on the master schedule. If you check team schedule the event will display on team schedules.
For organizations, in addition to specifying which schedule the event will appear on you can now also create “league-wide” events where the event will display on all of the teams that are in a league.
In the example above, the event will display on the team schedule for all teams in the CMCBL league.
Thanks to Pete from the Sartell Baseball Association for the suggestion! If you have questions, suggestions, or comments about Atomic Leagues, we would love to hear them! Please post a comment below or let us know through the support form.
We have uncovered a bug that needs to be fixed immediately and Atomic Leagues will be down for maintenance starting at 10:15 am central time on 3/19/2015. The outage should only be 15-30 minutes. I will update this post when maintenance is complete.
UPDATE: The maintenance is complete and Atomic Leagues is back up and running. Please let us know if you experience any issues.
We are excited to announce that now you can add a favicon and images for Apple devices to your website! Go to Website Appearance > Images after logging in.
Add a website image by selecting the type and uploading an image.
A Favicon will display in your browser’s tab along with your website name.
The Apple (iPhone, etc) images will allow you to add your website to the home screen of your phone or tablet using the image you uploaded!

We have seen a few issues since our big upgrade a couple of weeks ago with home page data and news articles. This morning we made an infrastructure change to how the data is being stored for both the home page and news articles that should resolve these issues. You should not notice any differences on your website or when editing home page or news content, but if you do, please let us know by submitting a support ticket.
You can now edit any online registration forms, even after you have had people register.
Previously, once someone registered for a form it was no longer editable to prevent the integrity of the registered data. But now you can modify and delete questions after they have been answered. You can also modify and delete drop-down, radio button, and check box answers after they have been answered.
Haven’t tried online registrations? They are a great way to get players for your team, league, or organization signed up. And, as always, if you are accepting online registration payments then your website is free!
If you would like to know about online registrations, we would love to hear from you! Please post a comment below or let us know through the support form. We are more than happy to help anyone set up an online registration at no charge.
A major upgrade of the software that runs Atomic Leagues was completed this morning. This upgrade should be transparent to all teams, leagues, and organizations using the website but if you notice anything that is no longer working, please let me know by submitting a support ticket or posting a comment below. Thanks!
We are very excited to announce that split stats are now available from most statistical pages on your website!
No longer are split stats relegated to the splits page of each player, you can now split your data any way you like. Want to see your best hitter on Tuesdays in July? Or who has the most strikeouts in home night games? How about the highest batting average while hitting eighth against your biggest rival? All of that and more is available to split and share.
Split stat filtering is available on the following pages:
- Player Career
- Player Game Log
- Individual Batting Record Book
- Individual Pitching Record Book
- Individual Fielding Record Book
- Team Batting Record Book
- Team Pitching Record Book
- Team Fielding Record Book
You can create splits by:
- Day of Week
Okay, but how does it work? It’s easy, just select the category you want to split your stats by.
Then select the split.
Click the Filter button.
And your stats are split!
You can combine as many different filters as you would like get really interesting stats.
For the Spring Hill Chargers, the above is a list of everyone that has batted against Elrosa and Farming in a home day game.
Thanks to Matt and Chris from the St. Louis Park Town Team for the constant reminders on this feature, you kept me on task! If you have questions, suggestions, or comments about Atomic Leagues, we would love to hear them! Please post a comment below or let us know through the support form.
